YTTC-TIME TABLE

MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Yoga Students must be ready at the Yoga School
Foundation Yoga practice of Asanas beginners/Intermediates- Ashtanga/Hatha followed with Sun Salutation and Relaxation at the end. Classical Surya Namaskara, Japa, Yoga Nidra once in a week at the end of Foundation Session in a open area facing to Natural Sun for energy and cool air
Break Fast
Group discussion, Self study, Project work, Lesson plan, etc
1st Week – Yoga Mudras ( Hand, Mind, Body, Banda and Adhara) 2nd Week – Pre-natal Yoga 3rd Week – Yoga Therapy Sessions 4th Week – Yoga Therapy Sessions
Physiology and methodology of all yoga concepts –Breathing Exercises, Warm Ups, Surya Namskara, Asanas -Basic Set of Asanas ( The Origin of all the Asanas-26),Hatha Yoga poses ( Sivananda’s 12 poses), Relaxation, Pranayama, Meditation , etc with Benefits, Limitations and common mistakes.
Acro Yoga/Partner Yoga along with Art of corrections, Adjustments, Modifications, etc
Questions and Answers
Lunch break and After noon rest
Teaching Practice, Feed back, Study of Yoga text, etc –Swadhyaya,
Advance Yoga Session/ Ashtanga Vinyasa- Back Bending, Hip Opening, Balance-(Hand, Head, Leg), Flow, different school of sun salutations, moon salutations, etc.
Short Break
Prayers/ Mantra/ Shloka/ Daily chanting/ Shivananda/ Vedic Chants, Pranayama, Meditation, etc
Yoga Philosophy- Yoga meaning, styles, Streams, Origin, masters words, etc| AshtangaYoga Sutra| Bhagavadgita | Hatha Yoga| Gunas| Yoga Food and Lifestyle| Nutrition | Ethics for Yoga Teachers
2 weeks-Indian Anatomy( Pancha Kosha, Prana, Elements, Nadis, Chakra, Agni, Mala, Dhathu, etc 2 weeks-Western Anatomy( Human anatomy concepts, Cells, tissues, organs, System-Skeletal system, Muscular System, Cardio vascular system, Respiratory system, Digestive system, etc)
Dinner and Good night
6.00 AM onwards Yogic Kriya or Detox 1st Week – Part-I 2nd Week – Part-II 3rd week – Part-III 10.00 Am onwards Teaching Learning Practice with Main teacher, lesson plan writing, Teaching in G.M Method, 8 steps Method, Body Language, Skills (oral skills, demo and explanation skills, etc), Teaching practical, feedback from experts.
HOLIDAY All students are requested to take rest with out straining their body in order to bounce back to same energy for up coming week days work out.

Foundation Course

Advance Yoga Course , Mysore Style yoga session and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga courses can be taken any time from Monday to Friday of every month. please call or contact for timings.
