It also includes most of the useful special Basic yoga posture of the Shivananda and Swami Vivekananda Yoga Kendra(Svyasa) .
In our Yoga Alliance 200hrs Yoga Teachers Training Course and 500hrs Advance Teachers Training Course has a good opportunity to learn all this advance techniques with corrections, proper breathing, adjustment, alignments ,etc to achieve many Advance Yoga Postures .
